I’m sure most of you have heard about this woman who died, coughing up blood while being ignored in a hospital waiting room for 45 minutes.
I unfortunately found out while sitting in a restaurant and had to keep myself from bawling and causing a scene.

The debate of whether we should to take the Bible literally or symbolically has always been quite a tug-of-war. This article by Bernie Schnippert makes an excellent argument for the Bible being both figurative and literal, just like conversations and texts of today.
